Step 1 – Mobile User, Click on BO Modification button on top right hand side inside profile menu.

Step 2 – Users will be taken to ProStocks Console where you will see the menu, Change KYC. This one pager KYC can be filled online and signed using Aadhaar OTP.

After required changes Click on Generate PDF and then click on Generate Digitally Signed PDF

Step 3 – After clicking on Generate Digitally Signed PDF you’ll get an option to send authentication code on your registered mobile number. First confirm your mobile number and then click on Send code to Mobile. You’ll get 5 digits security code on your registered mobile number, once you submit the code, you’ll get an option to Sign Now click on that it will take you to the NSDL E-sign page.

Step 4 – In the last step you need to do E-sign using your Aadhar Number and OTP to complete the process.

After completing the e-sign process you will get the digitally signed PDF

Step 5 – Please email duly signed KYC Form to [email protected] from your registered email id for Modification.

Please note it takes around 3 working days to Modify KYC details in Trading & Demat Account.

Indian residents and NRIs with Indian mobile numbers can do esign for modifying email ID, mobile number and address from trading application.

Non-individual account holders (company, partnership, LLP or HUF) and clients whose mobile number is not linked with Aadhar can generate duly filled PDF, print, sign and send to our Mumbai office , read more on this link How to change the registered email id or phone number?
