Web Back-Office

1. On the back office login screen, Please give User ID in capital letters. Your Trading code is your User ID for Back Office. Post provide your User ID, Please click on forgot password button on ProStocks back office application (on bottom left hand side).

2. You need to provide basic informations like:

• Send password Via –Email (always keep Email)
• Pan Number or
• Date of Birth
• You registered Email Id

3. Once you provide all information, our system will validate the same and if all information is correct, you will get the message email sent successfully, on the screen and email will be received by you in few seconds.

4. Login with temporary password which you have received on email and set new password

Download mobile back office from play store

• Enter User ID and click on forgot password
  

  

• Enter registered mobile number
  (*If client’s register mobile number is overseas number then switch the option from Indian Number to other country number then enter mobile number )
  
  
• You will get the message ‘password sent successfully on email ‘on the screen and email will be received by you in few seconds.
