How to do Re-KYC at ProStocks?
Why Re-KYC is required?
Your Trading Account Status will become inactive or dormant if you have not done any trade in last 12 months. SEBI and NSE has made this requirement in the interest of Investor protection.
NSE has issued clarification circular vide NSE Circular Number Download Ref No: NSE/INSP/46506 Date: December 01, 2020, Circular Ref. No: 73/2020.
Client who has not done any Trade in last 12 months and there is no change in Email or Mobile Number or Address or Bank Account
You are requested to send PDF scan image of the following documents from your Registered Email ID to [email protected], mention your Client Code and Email for Re Activation in Subject Line.
- Self signed copy of Pan Card
- Self signed copy of Aadhar Card
- Self signed copy of latest Bank Statement where your address is mentioned
- Please mention annual income of previous financial year and net-worth as on last date of previous financial year.
Post receipt of above information, ProStocks Team will call you on your registered mobile number to do IPV (This will be video call to verify your document). IPV is not required in case you have done any Demat transaction or Mutual Fund transaction through ProStocks in last 12 months.
This mode of Re-KYC is free.
Client who has not done any Trade in last 12 months and there is change in Email or Mobile Number or Address or Bank Account:
You need to fill form on E-KYC Portal of ProStocks.
Please note that Rs 100/- plus GST, total Rs 118/- will be charged for Re-KYC through online mode through E-KYC Portal. Client has option to fill KRA and Bank Account Modification Form and courier us to our Mumbai or Bhilwara office address.
